I'm an operator built for 0-to-1 launches, accelerating execution, and fixing what isn't working. My principles are extreme clarity, focus, urgency, and having fun while doing the work. I lead operations and strategy for Meta's most complex bets — currently Youth, where I drive C-level decision-making on product changes across all apps that impact Youth, and regulatory readiness across 31 global markets. I work AI-native, with Claude and AI agents integrated into how I operate daily. Previously, I led operations for Global Monetization Partnerships and stood up the Commerce Business Group — both during periods of significant scaling at Meta. I'm also writing a book, Timelines, on how time and decision-making interact at scale. I chair the board of BridgeUSA, a national nonprofit building bridges across political divides on college campuses, and serve on the board of Sickle Cell Knowledge and Information Network.
