I organize my life around learning, helping others, and building community. That has taken a few forms. I was part of the founding team of The Resource Group (TRG), where I spent two decades structuring deals that didn't have templates — three IPOs, two take-privates, 25 acquisitions, $350M raised — and running businesses in the US, UK, and Asia. I serve as a director of ibex (NASDAQ: IBEX), including on the board's AI Committee. Today, as Founding Partner of NYA Labs, I build AI-native companies for enterprises in regulated industries — innovating with intentionality, where getting AI right actually matters. The commitments behind the rest: Access to quality education: I serve on the board of SundarSTEM, a need-blind school in Pakistan for exceptionally gifted students — its kids have earned most of the country's International Math Olympiad qualifications four years running. Diversity in tech: I'm a founding partner of Seven Eight Six, a venture firm that directs 100% of its gains to need-based scholarships for women and minorities at top engineering schools, and an advisor to the Fatima Institute for Global AI Research, supporting AI researchers from developing countries.
