About

Hello! Originally from Mexico, I'm a current 4th year Computer Science student at the University of Waterloo with an interest for data-intensive applications. I'm fascinated in how data can give insight into and improve aspects of our lives and even more as to how to develop these data-intensive applications to provide fast and reliable data. I'm hoping to use my skillset to help develop pipelines that allow individuals access to their data in a manner they can digest it. Outside of my technical skills, I love video games, football and diversity advocacy. You can find me organizing and hosting Diversity talks and panels through the Computer Science Club, playing as a keeper in intramurals and playing Mario and Sonic games (fan of the new stuff but always a fan of the 2D games). Let's talk about DE, Diversity in Tech or anything else you want to discuss! Feel free to connect and chat with me!
