I build and stabilize revenue systems where things are messy. I was the first engineering hire at Cresta, where I built the harness that made AI usable in real F500 enterprise environments, working across chat, voice, coaching, and analytics, and later owning the demo platform used to validate the product in high-stakes settings. More recently, I’ve operated as an embedded consultant, owning the system behind revenue for a multi-channel ecommerce and services business across RevOps, AI workflows, compliance, payments, and security. I focus on where systems break, like lead routing, speed to lead, funnel conversion gaps, mismatches between customer language and marketing, and compliance risk, and I build the loops that fix them and make them hold. Outside of work, I’m interested in how systems perform under pressure. Road running (2:55 marathon), tennis (4.5), and strength training (fix imbalances & stay injury free) all map back to balancing effort with observation and building repeatable execution. Lately I’ve been exploring AEO, energy grid optimization, and why it’s so hard to get connected into a clinical trial.
