Hi! I'm a recent M.Ed grad with a background in research, program evaluation, assessment and client experience. I love collaboration and consider myself a life long learner - reflected in my experiences in non-profits, mental health spaces, higher education and educational assessment. Previously, as a practicum student at the Education Quality Accountability Office (EQAO), I analysed the process log data of 150k+ students, examining their accessibility tool usage. At Therapy with David Z & Associates, I oversee all aspects of client experience, including client intake, retention and communication. Currently looking to explore all things education!
