About

Hi, I'm Ashley! I love building communities and products that bring people together around shared goals and interests. Some highlights: 🌸 Founded The Wisteria Project, launched a pilot program with 20+ members, providing free mentorship, workshops, and community for women in tech 💻 Executive at Waterloo Women in Computer Science, leading initiatives to engage and empower 200+ members 🌙 Leading the Sun + Moon mentorship program for Cansbridge Scholars, building community and connection for 100+ members My journey started with a passion for music, languages, and education, leading me to start a String Ensemble, World Languages, and Peer Tutoring club at my high school. These experiences taught me how to create inclusive spaces, bring people together around shared interests, and turn ideas into reality. Today, that same mindset drives my work in building inclusive communities, whether through mentorship, events, or education initiatives. Outside of this, I love exploring my creativity through fashion, ballroom dancing, sewing, and songwriting. Always excited to connect with others who care about community, education, and anything creative. Send me a message, let’s connect! 🚀
