About

📱 All of my info & links: 🔎 I'm a Sourcing SME & Leader with a strong focus in using data to make informed decisions, being on the cutting-edge of technology, training and mentoring other Sourcers, and delivering the right talent (and supporting data) more efficiently and effectively than previously thought possible. 📆 For the past 2.5 years I've been contracting at organizations as their internal Sourcer/Recruitment Leader. 🗺 Clients include: phData, 3E, Lightmatter, Vision Innovation Partners, Uber, Whole Foods, The New York Times, Waste Management, GIPHY, PwC, Ross Stores, Bridgewater, DE Shaw, Relativity Space, Walter P. Moore, Redis Labs, and more. ♥️ My Values: 1⃣ Momento Mori - we are only human. We all make mistakes. No one person can do it all themselves. 2⃣ Embrace The Suck - find comfort in the discomfort, sourcing and vulnerability are hard. And that’s okay. 3⃣ The Only Constant is Change - being an industry leader involves advancing ahead of the curve. Advancement = change. 4⃣ Meeting Expectations is Bullshit - “good enough” isn’t good enough. 5⃣ Be A Rising Tide - be a force to uplift the community. 🎤 Some conferences I’ve spoken at: SourceCon, Talent42, Sourcing Summ
