About

Aspiring Software Engineer | Learning & Development Manager | Actor & Storyteller I am an aspiring Software Engineer with a strong foundation in JavaScript and Python, actively preparing to enroll in a coding bootcamp to further develop my technical expertise. My passion lies in merging technology with education, storytelling, and social impact, leveraging my extensive experience in learning & development, IT training, and workforce development to create innovative solutions that empower communities. Currently, I serve as the Learning & Development Manager at Goodwill of SF Bay, where I design and implement digital literacy programs, IT training courses, and pre-apprenticeship initiatives. With over a decade of experience in education coordination, workforce development, and IT management, I have successfully led training programs, supervised teams, and developed curricula that bridge the digital divide. Previously, at Code Tenderloin, I developed and implemented the Job Readiness program, helping individuals gain the necessary skills to secure employment. Additionally, I managed education and IT operations, designed technology training programs, and supported staff IT needs. My ba
