Formerly, a full-time Mechanical Project Engineer at Arcadis working to bring government buildings in the company’s NY portfolio up to BuildSmart 2025 Code. I supported on multiple designs of a Fortune 5 company’s state-of-the-art data centers to reduce HVAC energy consumption as per ASHRAE 90.1. Used Trane TRACE 3D, Carrier HAP, and eQuest building modeling software for direct energy analysis, cooling & heating loads modeling, and cost savings estimation and simulation. Formerly, a full-time Project Engineer at Enertiv, Inc. Set up and captured all relevant hardware data for clients in Enertiv’s Building Portfolio App. Analyzed MEP & Arch drawings to assign and provision sensors (i.e. current transformers for energy consumption monitoring) for multiple high rises to enable data capture for real-time energy monitoring.
