10+ years in startup operations will teach you a lot. How to build the people function before there’s a playbook. How to create structure while a company is growing faster than anyone expected. How to sit with a founder at 9 p.m. and figure out what’s actually on fire. I’ve done all of it across nearly every part of a business, from People and Business Operations to Coach Operations, Customer Experience, IT, Finance and Workplace. That work took me from early-stage startups to the executive team at one of the largest consumer mental health platforms in the world. Today, I work as a Fractional Head of Operations and take on a select number of advisory and special projects. I’m especially drawn to foundational and people-focused work: helping founders build the teams, systems and operating practices their companies need for the stage they’re entering.
