As an Applied Scientist at Microsoft, I focus on evaluating and enhancing the problem-solving capabilities of coding agents while developing custom benchmarks for hillclimbing AI agents to optimize code functionality. My contributions are grounded in my expertise in agentic AI development and transformers, which I leverage to drive innovative AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. I hold a MASc in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning from The University of British Columbia, where I also earned a BASc in the same field. With hands-on experience in applied machine learning and generative AI, I am motivated to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in AI and deliver impactful, production-scale solutions.
