About

I do many things because I love everything I do. I coach community builders, executives, and entrepreneurs. Sessions with clients can go from business strategy, to HR role development, to getting in touch with emotional needs/desires, to building communities and retreats. I also run private retreats to bring together thought leaders in the human connection space and community builders, and have hosted workshops around boundary-setting, facilitation, and community building. In the past, I worked in executive leadership development, global community scaling, ran multiple sold out conferences, created leadership summits, taught sales and communication, and worked as the #1 profit-grossing business development rep at Square. I've also deeply enjoyed singing with the Square Registers (an a-capella group), bartending for fun while working full time in tech, and growing OneSalon from 8-3000 people; a curiosity/learning based weekly community in San Francisco.
