About

I'm currently finishing up my Bachelors in Computer Science at MIT where I've been spending the better part of my senior year working on a research project in the Computational Cognitive Science Department. My role in this research has primarily been to develop a Video Game Description Language that is rich enough to be able to describe a wide variety of video games and simple enough so that it can be used by an artificial intelligent agent to quickly learn new video game worlds it sees. Due to the nature of my work, while my title is as a researcher, the majority of my experience is in developing software, in this case, video game software. I have also developed web applications hosted on Heroku for the purposes of conducting research on human subjects through MTurk for this research group as well. This has also lead me to develop tools for working with the large amounts of data that was produced.
