As a Human Resources Assistant at the Department of National Defence (DND), I support the recruitment, training, and retention of civilian and military personnel. With a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto, I have a strong foundation in the legal and ethical aspects of human resources management. In my free time, I am also pursuing a Master of Public and International Affairs with a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources at York University, where I am developing my analytical, policy, and leadership skills. Additionally, I am also a candidate for CHRP designation. I have more than 2 years of work experience in the public sector, having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Health Canada, where I provided customer service, data entry, and document management. I am proficient in human resources practices, as well as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
