From humble beginning's working in my family's business, Bay City Generator Company, my career has been a wild ride filled with challenge, new directions, and happiness. It's fair to say the Automotive Aftermarket has always been a part of my career and who I am as a person! I have worked for great software companies selling business management systems to Automotive Jobbers and Service Dealers both in different Sales roles and varied Customer Success roles. I have fine tuned my consultative & solution sales skills, honed my teaching skills and evolved into a great loss mitigator when working with Saas clients. I have developed Lead Generation and Vendor Partnership programs and even piloted an independent sales support group! My greatest joy is working with a client who over time experiences the ROI and value through increased profits and improved processes. Experiencing the customers Ah-ha moment is a win and my end goal weather selling or training.
