I’ve spent my career leading software companies through moments of inflection. Periods where technology shifts, markets tighten, customer expectations change, and organizations need clarity, courage, and cohesion to move forward. I’ve led venture-backed and private-equity-owned organizations through turnarounds, created new product categories, scaled global teams, and guided companies through both disruption and growth. Across all of it, my focus has remained the same: empower people, stay close to the customer, make decisions with conviction (and humility) to build cultures that become a competitive advantage. What I’ve learned along the way is simple: excellent outcomes are built by great teams. My approach to leadership is rooted in listening, transparency, and making it easy for people to tell the truth.
