As a Project Manager I have worked tirelessly to: 1) improve stakeholder engagement and communication, 2) create deliberative decision-making processes to create initiatives that can span multiple years, and 3) streamline organizational processes when possible to ensure that all stakeholders understand their roles, responsibilities, and obligations. I am most interested in applying these principles in an international context to solve complex problems across a diverse and potentially disparate constituency. As a Samoan, I am particularly interested in policy related to the Asia-Pacific and how the global community may have to confront the issue of climate refugees in the near to medium term. My favorite type of jokes are bad puns.
