About
I'm an infrastructure/data engineer that loves to go deep on the dirtiest problems. I've been at Quizlet for almost 9 years, which has given me unique experience, especially around project management and incident response. I've been involved in and led all parts of project lifecycle, and I very much enjoy brainstorming, system design, MVP implementation, team onboarding, handing off, and retiring of services. It's probably surprising, but my past college experience as a Nuclear Reactor Operator taught me a lot about monitoring and alerting patterns, and I've brought these strategies to my software development.
