About

🚀 Former Startup Leader | 🧘‍♀️ Buddhist Monastic | ✍️ Author | 🌿 Intuitive Somatic Coach / Arts Facilitator ✨ Embracing Authenticity, Fostering Belonging, and Guiding Life & Identity Transitions ✨ I'm Sophie Jacobs, and my journey has been an exciting blend of diverse experiences that have shaped my unconventional, yet highly purpose-filled, dare I say intuitive, path. 🕉️ Embracing the Nun's Life 🕉️ In a quest for deeper meaning, I embarked on a transformative journey as a Buddhist monastic. This period of my life was dedicated to cultivating embodied mindfulness, heart-centered compassion, and inner knowing. The invaluable teachings I absorbed during this time continue to integrate into my path. And with nearly two and a half months of combined silent meditation retreat time under my belt, my practice brings a depth of presence and wisdom that moves beyond conventional. 📚 Journey to Author-hood 📚 I dedicated one year to experiment with the theme of "intuition" and "inner knowing" which led me to my first book, "The Intuition Experiment". My meditative and elemental writing reflects a profound belief in the potential for authentic transformation. 🌀 Guiding Intuitive Somatic Coachin
