Zachary Kosma

About

Creative technologist and IT operations specialist with a track record spanning systems work, software engineering, and game/XR development. Currently Principal IT Technician & Operations Specialist at Top Notch Computer Solutions, where I handle technical operations, client strategy, and business development for a growing MSP. Previously, I spent seven+ years designing and leading learning programs across game development, XR, and technical education (for organizations like Grand Canyon University & Atlas School). I'm also the Founder of Kosma Co Games, an independent studio building narrative tools and games with a 25+ person contributor team, and a published short story author. I've competed at a high level in esports (Overwatch, Insurgency) and bring that same focus on performance, communication, and team culture to my technical and leadership work. Open to IT, software engineering, and technical leadership roles where I can apply both hands-on systems skills and a builder's mindset.
