About

Oh hey there! Michelle here, I guess you'd like to learn about me, huh? First on a personal note, I am currently at a 700 + day streak with Duolingo (Spanish) And professionally on a second note, I have spent the last 8 + years of my life connecting super talented people with roles where they can truly shine, mostly at global tech companies and high-growth startups. Recently, I have specialized in product design, content design, and product management roles at the IC and Leadership level - Before that, all GTM! And finally, the best part of my job? Hearing candidates say “yes” to opportunities that genuinely excite them and helping build diverse teams that bring different perspectives to the table, that's why I love sourcing. I really geek out over data-driven recruiting approaches, making our systems work smarter (not harder, thank goodness), and partnering with teams to fill roles quickly without ever compromising on quality - that is my personal mission and promise. At the end of the day, I’m here to make great matches happen and help companies build teams they’re proud of.
