I am President and Chief Technology Officer of Content Galaxy. I lead development of a video monetization marketplace designed to support usage-based revenue sharing among publishers, creators, and affiliates. I have decades of experience building SaaS platforms, financial systems, and large-scale enterprise database applications. I have sold and led more than a half dozen multi-year, multimillion-dollar enterprise and SaaS software projects that produced and enhanced large-scale platforms for clients including Dealertrack, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Information Systems, Marsh, Send Word Now, and TNS Competitive Media Reporting. My enterprise consulting work has also included Aetna, Citibank, Columbia Pictures, IBM, and The New York Times. My background includes extensive work on secure, distributed, and high-reliability information systems in both commercial and government environments. For ManTech Gray Hawk, I assisted the Office of the Secretary of Defense in evaluating secure and efficient methods of information sharing across organizations with differing security constraints.
