Scanadu (renamed to InuiHealth) created a new category of consumer-facing, FDA-grade medical devices that worked with your smartphone. I led communications for a record breaking crowdfunding campaign and resulting 10,000 person community of clinical trial participants in partnership with Scripps Health. Working directly with the CEO and CMO, I managed investor relations, PR, marketing, branding, social media, and corporate communication as the company doubled in size, raised our Series B, and went on to receive FDA certification for a urine analysis device. The Nasa Ames Research Center at Moffett Field was the best "office" environment of my life and deepened my love of the scientific community.
