I’m the CEO of Reusely, where we build the infrastructure that powers modern trade-in and buyback programs across any product category. We help retailers, brands, and partners launch, scale, and actually monetize trade-ins without duct-taped workflows or custom one-offs. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth, and operations, translating messy customer demands into clear systems, pricing, and roadmaps. Before Reusely, I led systems, ERP, and growth initiatives across agencies and marketplaces, often stepping in where things were underbuilt or breaking. I’m drawn to hard problems, practical leverage, and building tools that make complex businesses run simpler.
