About

As a Startup leader, three times, I've scaled from founding team to ~40 people. As an individual contributor and go to market leader I've grown organizations into the tens of millions of recurring revenue. In every role I enter, my motivation is driven by two of my core values: **1** In Judaism, tikkun olam is defined as our innate imperative to repair the world. To me, it reflects my belief that the ability to give my time, knowledge, and money is a blessing, and I aim to work with individuals and companies that share this belief. **2** Endless curiosity (plus some hustle), is what pushes me to constantly question existing processes and practices with the hope of cross-pollinating ideas and getting shit done. This learning bug is a full-time obsession and I love applying quirky ideas from tangential domains in enterprises large and small. I believe few ideas are original, but each instantiation is. Therefore, I seek to work, and learn, at the edge of what's possible. I live with an open palm (credit to my parents and/or just about every religion for the phrase) so feel free to contact me if there's any way I can help with your project, business, etc.
