About

I am a skilled operations professional who loves to create and improve processes inside of organizations who are striving to improve opportunities for current and future generations. I find joy in creating and implementing operational and technological efficiencies that allow staff to focus on the work most meaningful to them. In the last 18 months, I’ve played a key role in the implementation a new online grants management system and a new online document management and storage system, as well as in smaller implementations of a new collaboration software and a video conferencing platform. In the past few years, I’ve planned work events in five different states and I love exploring new venues, cities, and finding ways to explore and connect to new communities. As my current organization plans to close in 2020, I am beginning to explore mission-driven organizations for my next step.
