Performed aspect-based sentiment analysis on thousands of user reviews across Anthem's 6+ digital health apps using NLP, surfacing pain points and feature gaps that informed product improvements.

Programmed an API responsible for validating credit cards and integrated payment transfer balance between internal and external systems.
